The best of both worlds
Not every film has to be fully generated. Often the strongest solution is a mix: performers, product and emotion come from the real shoot, while worlds, effects and extensions come from AI.
We work on your footage, add set extensions and backgrounds, replace environments, add elements or create new shots in the look of the shoot. That way a small setup becomes a big picture.
It also works when the shoot is already wrapped: missing shots, new versions or a different look can be added afterwards – without a reshoot.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to shoot with you for a hybrid production?
No. We work with footage from your production or come on board before the shoot. The earlier we are involved, the better footage and AI fit together later.
What footage do you need?
The better the footage, the better the result – ideally the original camera files in full resolution. It is best to clarify the details before the shoot.
Is it cheaper than traditional VFX?
Often, yes – especially for environments, set extensions and variations. For some shots traditional compositing is the better choice. We combine both in whatever way serves the image best.
Does it fit into our post-production workflow?
Yes. We deliver shots in standard formats and hand them over so that editing, compositing and grading carry on seamlessly – or we take care of the complete post-production.
What about rights and usage?
We make sure the chain of rights is clean from the start. For lead characters, for example, we cast real performers rather than inventing faces, and voices are only created with the speaker’s consent. Usage rights are defined per project in the quote.
